To shorten an adjustment processing time while enabling adjustment work, without waiting for the high frequency superimposed due to a change of settings to converge.SOLUTION: A movable device comprises: a movable unit; a drive beam unit for rotationally moving the movable unit; a voltage input unit for inputting the drive voltage of a prescribed drive frequency to the drive beam unit; a change unit for changing the drive voltage inputted to the drive beam unit from the voltage input unit; and a detection unit for detecting a frequency signal that is detected when the phase of a frequency signal attributable to the degree of change of the drive voltage by the change unit and the phase of a frequency signal due to a change of the drive voltage by the change unit have become the same, as a frequency signal based on a deflection angle of the movable unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
