PURPOSE: To achieve suspension and move without limiting installation places or moving ranges by oscillating an arm up and down with a subject body of suspension by expansion/contraction of a cylinder motor, and moving a lifter main body by casters freely.

CONSTITUTION: A movable lifter 10 has a lifter main body 12, an arm 14, and a cylinder motor 16, casters 22 are installed at leg parts 18 of the lifter main body, a shaft 26 is supported at an upper end of pole parts of the lifter main body, and the arm is moved up and down to the lifter main body 12 about the center of the shaft 26. A suspension belt 34 of a floating sheet 32 is caught at a hook 30 of the arm through a holder 36 to be installed to the arm 14. A motor main body 46 of the cylinder motor 16 and a piston 50 are pivotally installed at brackets 40, 44 to be expanded and contracted while the cylinder motor 16 oscillates corresponding to oscillation of the arm 14. Change of an angle of the cylinder motor 16 corresponding to oscillation of the arm 14 is thus compensated.
