Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the area of a platform and dispense with a carrier guide by providing the platform with an oscillation preventing plate for damping the oscillation of a carrier, and putting the platform in oscillating action at the time of the carrier reaching a carrier stop so as to enable getting on/off a passenger car.
CONSTITUTION: When a carrier 4 reaches a carrier stop 2, a movable platform 20 is placed in a horizontal position 20a, and a getting-on/off passage is formed between the carrier 4 and the stop 2 to perform getting-on/off. In this horizontal position 20a, the buffer rings 32, 33 of an oscillation preventing plate 31 equipped at the tip part come in contact with the lower face of a passenger car 4a, and when the carrier 4 rolls in a direction 43, for instance, the oscillation preventing plate 31 is also oscillated following this roll, and at the same time, tension springs 40, 40 suppress the roll of the carrier 4. The carrier 4 is also prevented from being inclined due to the movement of passengers in the passenger car 4a at the getting-on/off time. Upon the completion of getting on the carrier 4, the movable platform 20 is oscillated in a direction 44 and placed in a refuge position 20b.
