Abstract:
To allow aluminum foil to have corrosion resistance and obtain a satisfactory electrical connection state in a connection portion with a fixed electrode for a long time in a ribbon microphone provided with a diaphragm made of the aluminum foil.
Gold deposition films 12 are formed on both surfaces of the diaphragm 10 made of the ribbon-like aluminum foil 11. Preferably, gold deposition films 21 are also formed inside electrode plates 20a, 20b attached to both ends 10a(10b) of the diaphragm 10.
