A movable robot 1 moves between a plurality of work sites A and B, and performs operations in each work site. The movable robot 1 comprises a robot main unit part 10 having an arm 2 in which a tool 51 or a tool 52 is installed for operation, a cart part 3 on which the robot main unit part 10 is installed for moving it, and a control part for controlling the robot main unit part 10 and the cart part 3. A tool set area 35 on which a plurality types of tools 51 and 52 to be installed on the arm 2 are put is provided on the cart part 3. The movable robot 1 is provided with a tool changing means 4 so that tools can be changed during the movement of the movable robot 1.
