To provide a movable seat muscle training machine having a chair 3 allowing a person to get on/off easily and capable of being tilted forward and backward easily.
This muscle training machine (4) comprises an inputting mechanism (1) moved by a person, a loading mechanism (2) for applying a load to the movement of the inputting mechanism (1) and the chair (3) for the person to sit, which are provided on a base frame (7). The seat (5) of the chair (3) is tiltably supported by a tilt-supporting mechanism (6), and the tilt-supporting mechanism (6) can set the seat (5) at a predetermined tilting angle. The tilt-supporting mechanism (6) comprises a strut (8) which is erected on the base frame (7), and a stretching member (10) spanned between the rear section of the seat (5) pivoted by the strut (8) tiltably in the forward/backward directions and the lower section of the strut (8). The stretching member (10) is provided with a handle (11) which locks/releases stretch, and thus, the seat (5) can be tilted forward in the movable seat muscle training machine.
