PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pay attention to characteristics of a structure of a straight tube type LED lamp, and to expand a utilization range of the straight tube type LED lamp.SOLUTION: A base and a receptacle which are detachable are provided at one end of a straight tube type LED lamp. Means is adopted which can rotate the base and receptacle in two directions, for example, in a certain direction and a direction perpendicular to the certain direction. Also, means is provided for rotating around a straight tube shaft of the straight tube type LED lamp. Furthermore, in addition to these means, a human detection sensor which actuates by entry and exit of a person and which has strong directivity is provided, and a utilization range is expanded even more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
