PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently construct an inspection gallery of a dam by using a movable type form device.SOLUTION: A movable type form device comprises: a rail stand 10 arranged along a construction direction of an inspection gallery and moved in the construction direction in response to progress of construction; an arched slide center 20 relatively movably and positionally fixably arranged on the rail stand 10 and used to place a top end part and a sidewall part of the inspection gallery; and a stair frame 30 detachably fixed to a position corresponding to the slide center 20 on the lower side of the rail stand 10 and respectively independently carriable by one stage. Concrete is placed by one layer, and after simultaneously constructing the top end part, the sidewall part and stairs of the inspection gallery by the one layer, placement of the concrete is repeated by moving the rail stand 10, the stair frame 30 and the slide center 20 in this order.
