To provide a movable type vacuum weld apparatus which prevents leakage from a seal part and secures a vacuum in a vacuum chamber.
A movable type vacuum weld apparatus 1 includes: a vacuum chamber 7 which includes an end part 12 facing a surface of a weld object T and defines a vacuum space with the surface of the weld object T; a seal part 8 disposed between the end part 12 and the weld object T over an entire periphery of the end part 12; a weld head 9 which performs welding on the surface of the weld object T in the vacuum space; and a precompression part 10 which preliminarily applies a load to the seal part 8. The seal part 8 includes: a first seal member 27 which is made of an elastic material and extends along the end part 12; and a second seal member 28 which is disposed at the rear side when viewed in a relative movement direction that at least a welding bead W passes and has flexibility higher than the first seal member 27.
