PURPOSE: To effectively use space by a method wherein a container case in an upper wall unit is moved back and forth by a transfer motor and up and down by a lifting motor as its posture is maintained by a stabilizing lever.

CONSTITUTION: A frame 2 of a movable container case 14 is fixed on a wall or a column, and a sliding part 1 fixed on a ceiling not only guides the container case 14 but also carries the load when it is moved back and forth or sideways. When a gear 11 rotates, it engages with recessed part on a rail 12, so the hanger bracket 4 is moved, causing the container case 14 to travel. When a container case lifting motor 9 rotates to unwind a wire 8, the container case 14 is slowly lowered as it is held by a load reducing balance spring 10 and a stabilizing lever 6 to keep its posture. When it is lowered to a specified position, a stopper 13 of the stabilizing lever 6 is actuated to stop the container case 14. To return the container case to the specified position, a switch is turned on and a lifting motor 9 rotates to wind up a wire 8. A changeover switch is actuated and a transfer motor rotates to put the container case 14 on a lower stand 3.
