This system has a transmitting means, a detecting means and a warning means. The transmitting means transmits a signal suitable for inducing the detecting means in relation to an event or an object. The detecting means is adjusted only to detect the signal transmitted from the transmitting means, when the detecting means is positioned within a predetermined distance from the transmitting means. The warning means is actuated by the detecting means in response to the signal transmitted from the transmitting means, to provide the person near the detecting means with an early and clear warning to eliminate or reduce the occasions of people being injured.
