Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine the movement of a user on the basis of a measurement value of a portable terminal of a user.SOLUTION: A facility management server (100) obtains a measurement value obtained by a measurement unit included in a portable terminal (200) of a user, together with a measurement date and time; and on the basis of the obtained measurement value, determines that the user moved from a first area to a second area if the change from a measurement value measured by the measurement unit for a first period to a measurement value measured by the measurement unit for a second period following the first period satisfies a predetermined condition.
