Abstract:
To provide a mobile device which prevents malfunction caused by effect of noise such as rain, fog, snow or the like with higher accuracy than a conventional device.SOLUTION: A mobile device includes: a housing; a drive part which moves the housing; a distance detection part which measures a distance value to a detected object; and a control part which controls the drive part in response to a detection result of the distance detection part. The distance detection part has a first detection range in which the detected object in a previously set distance range is detected, and a second detection range in which the detected object in a distance range closer to the housing than the first detection range is detected. The control part stops the housing when the detected object is detected in the second detection range after the distance detection part detects the detected object in the first detection range. Movement of the housing is continued when the distance detection part does not detect the detected object in the first detection range and detects the detected object in the second detection range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
