To provide a movement guiding device capable of increasing load capacity without bringing radius of curvature of a ball rolling channel close to a radius of a ball.
The ball rolling channel which becomes a track on which the ball provided between a track member and a moving member rolls is formed on a track rail of a linear guide and a moving block. A plurality of projections extending in the direction in which the ball rolling channel is extended are formed in the vicinity of a contact point in the ball rolling channel to bring the ball into contact with the plurality of projections by load acting on the ball. Load on the ball is applied by dispersing to respective points to suppress high stress concentration at one specific point. Consequently, load capacity can be increased without bringing the radius of curvature of the ball rolling channel close to the radius of the ball.
