To appropriately inhibit the movement of a support leg part of an apparatus such as a copier.
A movement inhibitor 20 includes a base part 22, a pair of first inhibition parts 30 and 30 provided on the base part 22, and a pair of second inhibition parts 40 and 40 detachably disposed between the respective first inhibition parts 30 and 30, and inhibits the movement of the support leg part 10 by arranging the pair of first inhibition parts 30 and 30 and the pair of second inhibition parts 40 and 40 so as to surround the periphery of the support leg part 10. The base part 22 includes two base partial bodies 24 and 24, and each base partial body 24 is stuck to a floor surface with a mat 26 and installed. In the respective second inhibition parts 40 and 40, one end thereof is connected by a connection part 42 and an insertion hole 46 allowing the support leg part 10 to pass through is formed between the other ends.
