A movement regulation device 20 includes: a stand part 21; a first regulation part 30 provided in the stand part 21; and a second regulation part 40 provided over the first regulation part 30. The first regulation part 30 is formed in the upper surface of a cylindrical part 23 formed in the stand part 21, to be able to surround the three horizontal sides of a support leg 10 installed on a floor surface 19 and to open the other horizontal side to allow the support leg 10 to be inserted therethrough. The second regulation part 40 is provided in the upper surface of a locking member 34 attached to cover the upper side of the cylindrical part 23 and can switch between a first state for opening the opening 32 of the first regulation part 30 and a second state for closing the opening 32 of the first regulation part 30 by the displacement of the locking member 34.
