A movement restriction device 20 includes: a stand part 21 attached and provided on a floor surface; and a restriction member 30 rotatably provided around the vertical axis of the stand part 21. The restriction member 30 has: a restriction part 35 that surrounds the three horizontal sides of a support leg 10 provided on the floor surface to restrict the movements of the support leg 10; and an insertion port 33 opened to the remaining side in the horizontal direction to enable insertion of the support leg 10. Accordingly, the restriction member 30 can change the directions of the insertion port 33 by rotating toward the stand part 21 and change the directions which restrict the movements of the support leg 10.
