Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a mover for opening type roofs by using means without resorting to wheels, and also using a mush smaller moving power capacity by facial contact.
CONSTITUTION: Steel-framed columnar legs 9 of an opening type roof are fixed by a columnar leg base 7, and the base 7 is water-tightly surrounded by a guide part 5. A high-pressure liquid is sent into the space between the guide part 5 and the base 7 by a high-pressure pump. When sending water by the high-pressure pump, the base 7 is floated up to make the frictional resistance in moving the columnar leg base 7 almost negligible. When stopping the supply of water, the high-pressure pump is stopped.
