PURPOSE: To increase economic effect by lifting up a post member by wire rods to fix after concrete is placed in a mold made of a vertically movable post member and then placing concrete.

CONSTITUTION: After a mold 1 composed of a vertically movable post member 3, a plane member, and a horizontal reinforcement member 5 is assembled, concrete is placed. Next, a wire rod 8 is hung on a pulley 6 fixed at the lower end of respective post members 3 and both ends thereof are tied to the upper part of the mold 1. Next, a tensioner 9 via the wire rods 8 is manipulated to lift the post member 3 to the next position to place concrete and then the lower part thereof is fixed at the existing concrete 2. And the wire rod 8 is hung on the pulley 6 fixed at the upper edge of each post member 3 and both ends are tied to the upper part of the mold 1. And the mold 1 is raised to the next position to place concrete by manipulation of the tensioner 9. And further, after the mold 1 is assembled and concrete is placed, like processes are repeated.
