Abstract:
PURPOSE:To minimize bending stress of a shroud during caulking of a tenon so as to reduce bending stress of the shroud during operation, by a method wherein, in a rotor blade having an outside type implanting part, the effective heights of blades are gradually increased in order of a lock blade, an adjoining blade, and an ordinary blade. CONSTITUTION:The moving blades of a steam tube respectively have outside type implanting parts 8b, and adjoining blades 18, which are respectively located in a position adjacent to a lock blade 15 located therebetween, and ordinary blades 22, connected to their respective adjoining blades, are secured in the peripheral direction. In which case, the effective height (a) of the lock blade 15 is decreased from the effective height (b) of the ordinary blade 22. The effective height (c) of the adjoining blade 18 of a group 23 including the lock blade 15 is set to a value between the effective heights (a) and (b), while the closer to an adjoining blade group 24, located apart from the lock blade 15, the blade is situated, the more the effective height of the blade is increased, and said height is mode to approach the effecitve height (b) of the ordinary blade. Namely, the effective heights (a)-(c) are set to a relation of (a)<(c)<(b). This prevents extreme deformation of a shroud 10 when a tenon formed integrally with the blade is caulked to the shroud 10.
