Abstract:
To provide a mobile body detector and a method for manufacturing a mobile body detector having a high production efficiency.SOLUTION: A mobile body detector 100 includes: a magnetism detection element 10 for outputting an electric signal according to the movement of a detection target body D; a magnet 20 for applying a magnetic field to the magnetism detection element 10; a lead terminal 30 connected to the magnetism detection element 10; a first housing 40 having a container 43 containing the magnetism detection element 10, the magnet 20, and the lead terminal 30; a second housing 50 over the container 43, which is engaged with and connected to the first housing 40 and faces the detection target body D; protrusions 31c and 32c in the end of the lead terminal 30 which is closer to the magnetism detection element 10 and on the outer side of the container 43; and a recess part R in the surface of the container 43 which is closer to the lead terminal 30, the recess part R facing the protrusions 31c and 32c.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
