A moving body toy 100 having a shape imitating an animal or a human comprises: a trunk 120 which includes a sound output portion and to which legs 131 to 133 are attached in a movable manner; a head 110 which is supported by a neck attached to the trunk 120 in a movable manner, and holds a mobile communication device 150 at a face position of the moving body toy 100 when the mobile communication device 150 is fit to the head 110; and a transmission member 114 which transmits a signal that is output in response to a user input to the mobile communication device 150 held by the head 110 to a controller which operates the sound output portion included in the trunk 120 and the legs 131 to 133 attached to the trunk 120.
