To provide a moving carriage capable of moving a transport pipe of concrete slope transport facilities efficiently at low costs.

A moving carriage 1 includes: a frame which is formed cylindrically to an oblique up/down direction along a dam slope; a lifting machine 23 for transporting divided transport pipes 201 of the concrete slope transport facilities 200 to over the frame to an oblique up/down direction in a suspended state for each of the transport pipes; and a receiving part 3 which is formed at a part of the frame which is substantially center in the oblique up/down direction and at which a hopper 32 and an end of a relay belt conveyor 33 can be installed. A connection device 18 is detached at the receiving part 3 to divide the carriage into an upper carriage 11 and a lower carriage 12, and a detached transport pipe 201 is suspended by the lifting machine 23 of the moving carriage at a stop by a stopper 35, lowered in a cabin of the lower carriage 12, and temporarily placed on a foundation frame.
