The rear leg frames 22 further consist of pipe-like outer pipe frames 22a connected to the front frames 20 or a handle 30 and constituting part of the car body frame, and inside frames 22b slidably housed in the outer pipe frames 22a and provided with the rear wheels 23 in the lower ends. Thus, it is designed to be freely extendable.
