At the moving desk 1, at the time of pulling a lever 35, a wire 33 rotates a pulley 29 and a cam 27 to move a connecting rod 21 upward. As the result of this, a locking part 22 is rotated to move a caster frame 15 downward to make the whole desk 1 in the state of being supported by the casters 13. At the time of setting a hand free from the lever 35 in this state, drag from a floor surface added to the casters 13 is transmitted to the wire 33 to return the lever 25 to an original state 35. Consequently, this moving desk can be easily moved and properly installed by only pulling the lever 45 to move the desk 1 and setting a hand free from the lever 35.
