Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving device and a moving method capable of moving upstairs or downstairs in a state of mounting a heavy object.SOLUTION: A moving device includes: a plurality of wheels 11; contact driven elements 12 provided around and driven to circle around the respective wheels 11; a housing 13; and a traction hook mechanism 2 provided at the housing 13, the traction hook mechanism 2 including a hook 21, a wire 23 having one end to which the hook 21 is attached, a wire reel 25 winding or unwinding the wire 23, and a hook arm 24 provided between the hook 21 and the wire reel 25 and moving the hook 21 and the wire 23.
