Abstract:
To provide a moving entity-mounted video system making it possible to more reliably ensure safety of a moving entity even when an occupant other than a driver wears an HMD as a user.SOLUTION: A video system 10 includes: an HMD 12 that is worn on the head of a user 110 who is an occupant other than a driver 102 of a vehicle 100, and provides the user 110 with video while covering the field of vision of the user 110; a display controller 14 that controls display of the HMD 12; and a monitoring device 18 that monitors the wakefulness of the driver 102. When it is determined based on a result of monitoring performed by the monitoring device 18 that the driver 102 is unawakened or in a non-wakefulness, the display controller 14 provides the user 110 with guide video 62 for prompting the user to take action of touching the driver 102 to awake the driver via the HMD 12. The guide video 62 includes video which makes it possible to recognize an actual positional relationship between the driver 102 and the user 110.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
