To relatively easily create a digest moving image related to the specific action of a target person.SOLUTION: A moving image editing device (1) includes teacher data creation means (14) that wireframe-forms a person on image data obtained by imaging the person and creates teacher data indicating transition of coordinates of the wireframe related to a specific action for a predetermined time, imaging means (20) that images a target person and outputs image data, wireframe forming means (11) that wireframe-forms the target person on the image data, and digest moving image creation means (11, 12) that creates digest moving image according to the specific action of the target person by performing machine learning using the teacher data and extracting the coordinate transition of the wireframe corresponding to the specific action from the coordinate transition of the wire frame related to the target person.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
