To provide a moving mechanism part of a window shielding body which can keep the window shielding body open to let the wind in.
Both ends of a hanging member 14 which hangs a window shielding body 13 such as a curtain, shade, blind, rolling screen is mounted to a window frame 12 of a window 11 so as to freely approach/separate from the window frame 12 by freely bendable hinge metal fittings 15, 16. An operation bar 19 which moves the hanging member 14 so as to approach/separate from the window frame 12 is provided on one side or both sides of the hanging member 14. Separated from the operation bar 19 or in the operation bar 19, an operation string 20 of the window shielding body is provided, which moves the window shielding body 13 up and down. Operating the operation bar 19 separates at least one side of the hanging member 14, in other words, at least one side of the window shielding body 13 from the window frame 12, keeps an open state, and forms a gap between at least one side of the window shielding body 13 and the window frame 12. This gap leads the wind into a room.
