Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make it possible to acknowledge a moving distance of a work boat accurately by winding up anchor wire and calculating the last position after movement from the amount of winding up when the work boat is moved from its mooring position to an assigned work position. CONSTITUTION:A work boat S is stopped at an arbitrary position, an anchor (a) is installed there and paid out length of an anchor wire at the time of installation of anchor is detected. Then, the work boat is moved to another position by operating the anchor wire and te position is detected. Then, the position after movement of the work boat can be known accurately from the operated length of the anchor wire and delivered length of the anchor wire at the initial position.
