PURPOSE: To remarkably reduce the torque of the rotation of a cam shaft by rolling in a state that the outer peripheral surface of two cams is held between two cam rollers and accurately following up even when the cam shaft is rotated at high speed.
CONSTITUTION: A cam shaft 3 is connected to a transfer feed shaft 1 at one end through a clutch 11 with a torque guard, and connected to a driving machine at the other end through a clutch 21. A driving lever 4 pivotally supporting two cam rollers 41, 42, which roll on the outer peripheral surface of two cams 31, 32 attached on the cam shaft, is pivotally supported to the main body 10 freely oscillatably. A moving lever 6 is suspended by one end 43 of the driving lever and one end 51 of a driven lever 5 that is pivotally supported separately to the main body. At the tip end of the moving lever, a jetting nozzle 7 for cooling air and lubricant is protruding.
