Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving object detector in which breakage of a synthetic resin case having high rigidity at the time of assembly is suppressed.SOLUTION: A moving object detector 1 according to the present invention comprises: a case 4 consisting of synthetic resin such as polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) excellent in toughness and being mounted with a detection unit 2 for converting a magnetic force change into an electrical signal; and a cover 5 consisting of a synthetic resin such as polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) excellent in rigidity and being provided with a storage space 5c for incorporating the case 4. The moving object detector is provided with engaging parts 4d, 5g with which the case 4 and a cover 5 are engaged, and the engaging part 4d of the case 4 is provided on a deformable part 4e.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
