PURPOSE: To allow the movable control of a camera section from a remote place by providing a detecting section which detects movable control information when the voice information received by a selecting section is the movable control information and a movable section which movably controls the camera section in accordance with the movable control information detected by the detecting section.

CONSTITUTION: The voice/code selecting section 10 nullifies the coded transmission voice signal from an coding/decoding section 9 and delivers the formed movable control information when a code information generating section 15 forms the movable control information. The voice/code selecting section 10 sends the signal form a multiplex separating section 6 to the coding/decoding section 9 and the code information detecting section 14. The movable section 13 moves the camera section 1, for example, vertically and laterally, by the control of the code information detecting section 4. The code information detecting section 14 controls the movable section 13 in accordance with the movable control information upon detection of the movable control information from the signal from the voice/code selecting section 10. The movable control of the camera section 1 from the remote place is possible in this way.
