PURPOSE: To simplify handling and custody by engaging a vertical shaft and a horizontal shaft together, and providing an expanding/contracting arm and a receiving table on the horizontal shaft.
CONSTITUTION: A vertical shaft 1 and a horizontal shaft 2 are engaged together and assembled, and an expanding/contracting arm 3 and a receiving table 4 are provided on the horizontal shaft 2. In this constitution, accompanied with vertical movement of the horizontal shaft 2, the arm 2 and the receiving table 4 are vertically moved. A supporting base 5 is used to stabilize the device in working. By this constitution, the receiving table 4 is inserted in a narrow place or a small gap, a heavy object can be lifted by small force by driving the vertical shaft 1 and the horizontal shaft 2 with a gear, it can be moved also laterally or sideways, and the device can be manufactured into a small size and light weight.
