PURPOSE: To provide the mat for electrical heating of moxa having a moxibustion effect without generating a burn.

CONSTITUTION: This mat consists of a large mat 10 sized to the extent of covering the thigh part and back part of a person and a small mat 20 sized to the extent of covering the abdominal part of the person. These mats are respectively placed on the thigh part, back part and abdominal part of the person. A planar flexible heaters 11, etc., for the respective mats are inserted into the respective mats. Moxa 13, etc., put into a moxa bag 12, etc., for the respective mats spread over the entire surface on the planar flexible heaters for the respective mats and are fumigated. The respective mats are provided with an opening/closing insertion port 14, etc. The used moxa is exchanged together with the moxa bag from this port. A timer 30 controls energization of the respective surface type flexible heater 11, etc. The front surface parts 10a or base parts 20a of the respective mats are provided with many moxa fumigation gas outflow ports 15, etc. The moxa fumigating gases flow out of these ports and apply good stimuli to the person.
