In this invented mucosa pulling tool, one end of an elastic part is attached to mucosa for incision and peeling through a first attaching part and another end of the elastic part is attached to the other mucosa different from the mucosa for incision and peeling through a second attaching part to elongate the elastic part and generate resilience, and the mucosa for incision and peeling can be pulled by using of the resilience. Additionally, if the elastic part shrinks by operating to return to the original length but it causes loss of the resilience, at least one of first and second rings is pulled to elongate the elastic part. This gives that the resilience occurs again at the elastic part and the mucosa for incision and peeling can be pulled without reattachment of the mucosa pulling tool.
