PURPOSE: To suppress water splashed from a wheel from being rebounded so as to prevent water splashing from producing as far as possible in a mud guard for vehicle which is installed on a vehicle body at the rear of wheels to prevent mud splashing from the wheel.

CONSTITUTION: A mud guard 21 comprises a synthetic resin mud guard body 41 which has a recessed part 31 on a surface facing a wheel W and is installed on a vehicle body at the rear of the wheel W, a plate which has multiple pins 51 projected toward the wheel W and stored in the recessed part 31 and mounted on the mud guard body 41, and a grid member 71 which covers the opening end of the recessed part 31 and is installed on the mud guard body 41.
