Guides 2 are mounted on a main body 1 composed of an iron plate. A stay 3 is set up to the main body 1, and driving transmission devices are fitted on both sides in the stay 3. Bosses 4 and bearings are incorporated to the driving transmission devices respectively, and the shafts 6 of curved sheet take-up motions are connected into driving transmission shafts passed into the bosses 4. Rollers 7 are installed to the shafts 6 at intervals. The rollers 7 are coupled by springs 8, and the springs 8 are connected to tag lines 9 mounted on the reverse sides of the stay 3 as winding driving devices 9 through the driving transmission shafts. One piece of a scattering preventive sheet is joined with the rollers 7 of the wind-up motions, and the other piece of the sheets is conjoined with a bracing.
