PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a space smaller in the longitudinal and cross directions of a vehicle body where a first muffler is installed, while securing required performance.SOLUTION: A motorcycle (1) includes a first muffler (23) mounted on the downstream end side of an exhaust pipe (21) where exhaust gas from an engine (14) flows, and a second muffler (24) where exhaust gas passing through the first muffler flows. The first muffler includes an outer wall part (51) forming an expansion chamber, an inside exhaust pipe (70) connected at its upstream end side to a catalyst, and an open end forming part (78). The catalyst, the inside exhaust pipe and the open end forming part are arranged inside the outer wall part, and so the exhaust gas flowing via the open end forming part into the inside exhaust pipe is exhausted into the outer wall part. The inside exhaust pipe is formed in a spiral shape. The open end forming part is arranged on the further upper side than the catalyst.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
