Abstract:
To provide a muffling system and electronic equipment with which noise caused by a fan or the like is effectively reduced.
A loudspeaker 6 is provided with a filter characteristic permitting the speaker to output only a sound of a prescribed frequency region. When the noise of all frequency region is collected with a microphone 5, the collected noise is properly amplified by a microphone amplifier 12, converted by a converter circuit 13 into a signal reverse to the collected sound signal, the sound of only the prescribed frequency region is outputted from the loudspeaker 6 via a speaker amplifier 14 and is collided with the noise, thereby muffling the noise only in the prescribed frequency region.
