Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the titled dairy product, having flavor and aroma harmonized with cow's milk, etc., readily drinkable and having color tone mixed with green and stimulating palatability, by blending a specific amount of mugwort after removing harshness in cow's milk and soybean milk and stirring the resultant blend.
CONSTITUTION: A powdery or kneaded mugwort after removing harshness in an amount of 5W15wt.% is blended in cow's milk or soybean milk and the resultant blend is stirred to afford the aimed dairy product.
