Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a sanitary problem for a wearer by transferring or impregnating a liq. or powdery conc. product of mugwort on one side surface of a pad.
SOLUTION: A liq. conc. product of mugwort 8 is stored in a storing tank 4 and after it is applied on the surface of a transfer roller 10, when it is brought into contact with one side face of a pad 2 passing through thereon, it soaks thereinto. The liq. conc. product 8 of mugwort is obtd. by putting the dried mugwort in water for 24 hours to steep it and feeding the steeped mugwort into a squeezing apparatus and filtering the obtd. juice by means of a net body. For picking up an every definite amt. of the liq. conc. product 8 of the mugwort stored in the storing tank 4, a roller on the surface of which a recessed face part is graved or a net roller is used as the transfer roller 10. The pad 2 is guided by means of guide rollers 12 and 14 arranged on the front and back of the storing tank 4 to a position where it is brought into contact with the transfer roller 10 and a pressing roller 16 is provided on the facing side of the transfer roller 10 to bring the pad 2 into contact with the transfer roller 10 under a remarkable pressure.
