Slots 2a and 1a for bolts are formed to the vertical section 2 and horizontal section 1 of the fittings, and the positions of mounting can be slid and adjusted. Burrs 2g, 1g are formed to the washer abutting surfaces of the vertical section 2 and the horizontal section 1 in the rectangular direction to the slots 2a, 1a to increase contact resistance with washers, and the bonding of clamping is strengthened and stabilized.
