To provide a multi-axial fiber sheet which can be produced in an industrially advantageous manner.

A fabric (A) is woven of the warp and the weft which each are formed of fibers with reinforcing effect as a composite material. A fabric (B) is woven of heat sealing fibers in which the warp or the weft may have fibers with reinforcing effect mixed therein, and therefore the weft or the warp is formed of the fibers with the reinforcing effect as the composite material. Then, at least one fabric (A) and one fabric (B) are laminated at a crossing angle ranging from 0 to 90°, followed by heating the same, to thereby obtain the multi-axial fiber sheet.
