Abstract:
To provide a multi-bit gray code generation circuit capable of outputting a gray code at a high frequency.SOLUTION: A Bit2 gray code generation circuit (4) is constituted by a plurality of flip-flop circuits (41-44). Outputs of the flip-flop circuits (41-43) of the previous stage are input to the flip-flop circuits (42-44) of the next stage, respectively. An output of the flip-flop circuit (44) of the final stage is inverted and held by the flip-flop circuit (41) of the first stage. An output signal of the flip-flop circuit (43) is output as a gray code corresponding to a bit 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
