Abstract:
A universal data model-based system for standardizing the structure of medical data from multiple centers. The system comprises source databases, cache databases, target databases, a data connection management module, a data structure scanning module, a mapping construction unit, a mapping execution unit, an incremental update unit, and a quality control unit. The source databases are medical service flow databases maintained at each medical data center; the cache databases and the target databases are deployed in a specialized front-end server of each medical data center. The target database of each medical data center is connected to a cloud server to realize coordinated analysis of the medical data of the multiple centers. The present system improves the design flow of medical data structure mapping relations, facilitating cooperation between information technology personnel and clinicians, and improving working efficiency. An incremental update mechanism is provided, improving system operation efficiency.
