Abstract:

To provide a fluidizied bed furnace in which a difference in height of fluidized bed between a forward divided chamber and a rearward divided chamber has an appropriate value without producing any back-mixing.

A vertical position of a communication port 9 for use in moving raw material from an upstream side divided chamber to a downstream side divided chamber is 1/4 or less of a height of a fluidized bed, a length of the communication port 9 is 100 mm or more. A distance (X) between an inlet of the communication port 9 and an end surface of an upstream side nozzle and a distance between an outlet of the communication port 9 and an end surface of a downstream side nozzle are restricted individually for each of one case in which a blowing direction of a gas blowing-out nozzle is upward in a substantial vertical direction, the other case in which the blowing direction is substantially a horizontal direction and a still further case in which the blowing direction is a slant downward direction. An angle in which a line connecting a corner part at the upper surface of the communication port 9 with the gas blowing-out port is set to be larger than an angle of rest of powder particle raw material.
