Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a good fluidized bed without affecting classification performance and to adjust an air capacity and/or temperature to meet the requirements for treatment such as drying, heating, and cooling.
SOLUTION: A chamber in which a fluidized bed 14 is disposed on the upper sides of wind boxes 16, 17 through a porous plate type gas dispersing plate 12 is partitioned into a drying chamber 13 and a classification chamber 15 by a partition plate 11, a communication passage 19 is formed on the lower side of the partition plate 11, dropping discharge apparatus 29a, 29b are connected to the lower ends of the hopper-shaped wind boxes 16, 17, a treatment/ fluidization gas supply system for supplying fluidization gas as drying hot air and others is connected to the wind box 16, a classification/fluidization gas supply system for supplying fluidization gas as classifying gas is connected to the wind box 17, a flow rate control means which adjusts the capacity of gas to be supplied into the classification chamber 15 and controls classified particle sizes is installed in the classification/fluidization gas supply system, and a control means which adjusts the capacity and/or temperature of gas to be supplied into the drying chamber 13 is installed in the treatment/ fluidization gas supply system.
