Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-cleaner for cleaning completely synthetic gas from waste.
SOLUTION: A multi-cleaner is used for removing carbon particles and bulky and adhesive substance contents such as sulfur. A horizontal container 1 is divided into a plurality of cleaning chambers 2, 3 and 4 by dividers 5, and outflows without liquid storage are provided to pump devices 6, 7 and 8 in respective cleaning chambers. At least one substance exchanger 9 is disposed on the oblique position for each of the chambers, and cleaning liquid of different amount is sprayed to the substance exchanger from both sides and the cleaning liquid is flowed into the substance exchanger, and as the amount is varied, the cleaning liquid is removed by the given method. The cleaning liquid is sprayed all over the wall of the container, and the multi-cleaner is cleaned automatically, completely and securely. For the purpose of preventing the cleaning liquid from flowing one cleaning chamber to the following chamber, a droplet recovering instrument 10 is disposed on the rear end of each cleaning chamber when being viewed from the flowing direction of gas.
