To provide a manufacturing method of a co-fired, metallized high dielectric constant ceramic core reducing permissible differences of shrinks.
The manufacturing method of a co-fired, metallized high dielectric constant ceramic core comprises a process forming a precursor green laminate including at least one layer of core tape, wherein the core tape includes a process having a dielectric constant of at least 20, and a process firing the precursor green laminate.
